You who stand before The Throne are the very foundation of this Domain. Now hear my words and know them well.

I am this Domain and my will is truly terribly when I will it so, or gentle when I will it so. The foundations of 'Mi Casa' is based not upon love and not upon fear, but upon 'Repecto'. Respect Mi Casa, my beloved Domain, and you shall have respect in return and flourish. Disrespect shall bring forth my most wicked of imaginations upon your brow, for that is my way. I give to those deserving and take from those who are wanting. I tolerate no weakness in the foundations of the Camarilla.

My Edicts are simple and are thus:

1. The worshipping of devils, demons and there is ilk with in Gimli is punishable by death; swift and mercless. Our Lord God shall not tolerate such things and neither shall I.
2. Do not waste my time. Do not think frivilous and convoluted conversations will amuse me or tickle my fancy. Waste my time a first time, and it shall be a Trivial matter. Waste it a second time and I shall not be so kind.
3. The Primogen shall be choosen by their Clans. Keep your Clan matters to yourself. I do not wish to involve myself in your squabbles.
4. All Rights of this Domain belong to me. Your lives and final deaths hang upon the respect you give me, my house (Domain) and my noble citizens (the Camarilla of Gimli).
