∴ Rumor

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Camarilla,

'Apparently', as rumors go, Fargo is reinstating a bit of the 'Montoya' clause again. Sadly, it is yet another matter that ruffles my feathers.

Something along the lines of...

Anyone wishing to come to Prince Rumor's Domain must give one week's advance notice to the Harpy or Assistant Harpy by the Harpy of the Domain you last resided in so that your status can be accounted for.

If you have no Harpy to verify your status, or if you fail to send notice within the proper time frame, you will only be able to claim your Acknowledged standing unless otherwise arranged by the Harpy or Assistant Harpy and you may be subject to interrogation.

If you have no status to claim within the Camarilla, notification is still required and you may also be subject to interrogation.

Failure to comply with these standards will result in disciplinary action.

I find this utterly amusing and am very happy we live in Manitoba where guests to my Domain are not suddenly insulted due to someone else's screw ups.

Also, these are Prince Rumor's words, or so I assume. They shall be obeyed until such time as she recinds them. I however do not like being interrogated by those of lesser standing and reputation than myself.

I mean really...only being able to Claim my Acknowledgement. How quant to be treated like a Probationary Sect Member were I to travel to Fargo and not know these edicts which took several days to reach my ear. Apparently status is Universal, save for Fargo.

Spread the word, my citizens. Spread them to every forum you can think of. Fargo has become paranoid and seeks to make status non-universal and bend the rules of prestation. For should an accident happen, and I 'only be able to claim my Acknowledgement', then I ask you seriously... who stripped me of of the other 8 measures of standing behind my name as well as my universal reputation as not only a Lasombra but as one of the Camarilla's Guardians?

Long live the Camarilla,

Prince Uriel Ligatio
