During the fuss to evacuate the Memorial Elysium, I was un-able to announce that I have chosen a Deputy to work with me.
Marshal Dallas of Clan Brujah is my Deputy, and he shall be seen as *Feared when acting in the capacities of Deputy. Know that if he comes to you in his duties as Deputy, and you disrespect him by not obeying, I will remove a measure of your standing just the same as if you had done it to me.
Marshal, I only wish I could have made this announcement publically at Court. A Man of your stature and renown deserved better than this missive.
