Hey everyone! 37 days to go before the registration deadline for Conclave!
Pre-reg deadline is 11:59pm CST on October 31st.

Go to http://ot.oneworldbynight.org/registration.html to submit your player/character information. There is also a Paypal link for paying your event fee.
If you are planning on attending, it'll be a good idea for you to pre-reg for a couple of reasons:
- Streamlined check-in line
- No need to throw chops for blood - everyone who pre-reg's will have full blood, because we're assuming that you're either going to feed before travelling or have made IC arrangements with the locals.
- Your PC's are able to bring more "stuff" with them:
- For item card check-in, players will need to specify what items they have on their person, and what items they have easily accessible (i.e. in a vehicle). Those that are pre-reg'ing are assumed to have worked out crash space ahead of the times, either on their own or with the help of locals - in which case they'll have an extra storage space for stuff they want to have access to.
- Your PC's vehicle and crash space may/may not be accessible during actual game time, depending on the level of security lock-down during the Conclave event.
- If you pre-reg and pre-pay, you get $5 off the event cost ($20 for pre-reg/pre-pay prior to October 31st, $25 at the door)
Submission of character sheets
Please have your ST's submit your character sheets to obsidian-sts@owbn.org. We will accept .rtf and .gex files.
Please submit character sheets between 12:01a.m. CST on October 17th and 11:59pm CST on October 31st. This gives you guys the chance to send us the most recent copies of your character sheet for the event.
