- Any may approach me to discuss matters of the Domain regardless of standing.
- The junkyard is to remain off limits.
- Dale Boulevard and St. Norbert are the residence and Territory of the Giovanni. If you have business in that area contact the Giovanni first. They have access to our communication network so a simple "Giovanni please contact me" would be appropriate. Not all Giovanni are on this network.
- The sewers are Territory of the Nosferatu. If you have business in the sewers contact them first but I would recommend staying out of the sewers.
